Please avoid providing sensitive information about another person unless it is reasonably necessary for your request or transaction.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete the information when appropriate.
Persons under 18 should not submit information about a property or proposed transaction without the involvement of a parent, legal guardian, or legally authorized adult.

Third parties maintain their own privacy practices, and Pipeline Homes is not responsible for their policies, security, or conduct. Review the privacy policies of any third-party service before providing information.
This Policy does not govern information a third party collects directly from you outside Pipeline Homes’ control.

Pipeline Homes primarily operates in the United States. Personal information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.
By using the Site, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions whose privacy laws differ from those where you reside, subject to applicable legal requirements.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technologies, vendors, and legal obligations change.
The revised Policy will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or another appropriate method.

Three contact fields remain because I could not verify that the publicly listed address, email, and telephone number are still the ones you want displayed. Replace those fields identically in both documents.

Add working Terms and Privacy links in the footer of the main site and every Relief Kit page, and place the Privacy Policy link next to each form. The Relief Kit currently displays the names of the two legal pages, but its footer also contains an incomplete liability sentence and uses “Pipelines Homes LLC” in one location; both should be corrected.
Use a separate, unchecked marketing-consent checkbox rather than treating agreement to the Terms or Privacy Policy as consent:
